1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the CT Sweetwater website (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Use of Content

All music, artwork, lyrics, and other content on this Site are the property of CT Sweetwater and are protected by copyright law. You may stream preview clips for personal, non-commercial use. Full tracks are available only after purchase and are licensed to you for personal listening — they may not be redistributed, resold, broadcast, or used commercially without written permission.

3. Purchases & Licensing

When you purchase a track or album, you receive a personal-use license to stream and download that content. Purchases are tied to your account email. You are responsible for maintaining access to your account. We reserve the right to revoke access in cases of fraud, unauthorized redistribution, or abuse.

4. All Sales Are Final — No Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for digital music purchases, including individual tracks and full albums. Because digital goods are delivered and accessible immediately upon purchase, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

If you experience a technical issue accessing content you have purchased, contact mgmt@ctsweetwater.com and we will help restore your access.

5. Merchandise

Physical merchandise, when available, is sold separately and may be subject to different terms. Merchandise marked "Coming Soon" is not yet available for purchase.

6. Accounts

You may create an account to manage your purchases and favorites. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activity under your account. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. CT Sweetwater shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or inability to use it.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
